Kids love this, but could do with more content December 10, 2005 Mrs. A. J. Scott (UK) 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
A bit pricey for what you get, but this is another great favourite with my kids. Learning can be fun, and Big Cook Ben and Little Cook Small make a good team. My children actually prefer programs that don't involve violence and noisy presenters, and they always want to try out the tasty recipes! The DVD may need a little more content for the price, but buy this for your kids, they'll love it...it's 'Hot, hot, hot'!
Big Cook Little Cook - Welcome to our cafe October 16, 2005 3 out of 3 found this review helpful
This DVD is never far from my little boys side where ever we go (Literally) he loves it!!! It is a bit pricey for the four episodes but was well worth the cost to see my sons face when he is watching it and I can safely say that we have had our money's worth. It is a bright and happy programme and everything that you would expect a young child's programme to be - excellant!!
Good programme (for kids) shame about the DVD. August 18, 2005 Mr. Dean Hatton (Southampton, England) 8 out of 9 found this review helpful
BCLC is a childrens programme that is bright and colourful and keeps my children occupied, interested in cooking and keen to sing the songs. However, this disc is rather expensive for just four episodes. As such, the shelf life of this is rather limited, especially as a different episode continues to be shown on tv everyday. The extras were not up to much either. This is a shame; more episodes and more interactive extras would have made this a really useful DVD.
